OUR STORY

Hi! I’m Katie Kochanski, the owner of Double K Farm LLC. We're a small, female owned and operated produce farm located in Sebring, FL. Our goal is to bring fresh, seasonal produce from our farm to the tables in our community.

Double K is a no-till farm using regenerative, sustainable, and organic gardening practices.  I care about the health of the soil just as much as the plants I grow. You can't have healthy plants without healthy, LIVING soil!  Compost and mulching with as much organic matter as I can get goes onto the
beds to feed the soil. I am proud to say that synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are NOT used here. Instead, I utilize companion planting, crop rotation, and beneficial insects for pest management. And can't forget about the pollinators, I plant for them too!  Plus, who doesn't love flowers out in the garden!

 
I am very passionate about providing healthy, chemical free produce to both my family and our customers. We should all know where our food is coming from and how it is grown or produced. I encourage you to give me a call to set up a time to come out and see where and how your food is grown!
